I don't always play wargames, but when I do, I prefer miniatures.

1h Skirmish Wargames Marks Little Soldiers
Loosely based on Enemy at the Gates, this scenario has both sides trying to secure the last bathtub in the ruined city so that their Officer can take a scrub before Turn 7 ends.
Thank you; am I right in thinking you have also used A Gentleman’s war in the past? I’m thinking about trying it out for Franco Prussian war paper escapades but would be keen to know how you dragged it into the earlier 20th century.
One Hour Wargame is single figure activated at a time, 12 figures a side is pretty much pushing the limit of the mechanics. We use a variant of A Gentleman's War for bigger games. A "unit" is basically a ww2 Era section/squad with several rifleman and a squad auto weapon incorporated. The major changes from AGW are that unit saves are based on cover rather than formations and "hits" from anything other tan rifles cause morale checks so there is more "pinning" allowing 20th century "fire and maneuver " tactics.
Hi, that looks splendid, what rules do you use?

Thank you for the details.
